It was so convenient to have a mobile service available for my mom’s hearing test. She was more relaxed in the comfort of her own home while her hearing was tested. A laptop computer was used as a visual aid to show my mom a graph of her hearing loss. The types of hearing solutions were presented along with pricing information and a recommendation was suggested. My mom was able to order & pay right then & there! The hearing devices will arrive in 10 days. They will then be delivered and adjusted. She will have 60 days to try them out and see if they are a good fit and a good solution! We are very happy with the initial consultation!

Preferred Hearing Aid Center in Baxter fitted me with hearing aids over a year ago. I am pleased with the product they recommended and the service they provide. My hearing is the best it has been in years. I have needed only a few adjustments, but am able to obtain an appointment quickly. They have given me tips that help me navigate different hearing environments. I highly recommend this hearing aid center.

I dont know where to start. Josh was INCREDBLE! Utmost patience beyond extreme full attention to my very detailed and perhaps obnoxious questions. He was personable, informative, kind and treated me with gracious kindness. Never ever once showed any irritation or hurried with me. Where does THAT ever happen in this day and age. I believe he did the absolute best he could to inform me as to how to make my best decision for my next set of hearing aids. Thank you Josh! No peanut butter on my BURGER though, thank you.

We were seen by Joshua HELDT, HID he was very polite, professional and explained every step of the interview and testing with Anthony Barra. We did purchase a hearing aid which we are very pleased to hear. We will receive it in 5 to 10 days and look forward to working with him in the future.
