Setup my appointment quickly and easily. Went in for repair/service of my hearing aids which are out warranty. Dustin was very helpful and fixed and cleaned the aids and they are working great again. Dustin was very friendly and knowledgeable and the service was less costly than expected, especially since some components were replaced. A great experience.

The gentleman who took care of my friend was so kind and very thoughtful of his loss of hearing. He took the time to test the ears and explained that the best solution would be to get hearing aids. They even tested them in his ears as well as explained the warranty and exams covered by my friends insurance. I woud recommend preferred hearing to all.my.friends and family.

I chose PHAC solely because UHC, my Medicare Advantage insurer, worked exclusively with them locally. Being a little apprehensive initially, I was impressed with Josh as he tested my hearing and did an excellent job explaining the test results and hearing aid options. Still waiting for the hearing aids, but I anticipate the same level of service down the road!
