I stopped at the Preferred Hearing Hearing aid office north of Baxter today. I didn't have an appointment but my left hearing aid wasn't charging right. Stephanie was at the front desk. She cleaned my hearing aid, changed settings, updated it, and found that one hearing aid was not functioning correctly. It's under warranty so she ordered a new one and it will be here in about a week and half. I walked away very happy with the service there. Thank you, Donna

Assist the second time we have been to preferred Hearing and would recommend it 100%. We are keeping track of our hearing loss over the years and are always reassured we do not need hearing aids at the present time. We get great explanations. We will be back next year for our annual check up.
