I chose PHAC solely because UHC, my Medicare Advantage insurer, worked exclusively with them locally. Being a little apprehensive initially, I was impressed with Josh as he tested my hearing and did an excellent job explaining the test results and hearing aid options. Still waiting for the hearing aids, but...
