From from the first appointment to the fitting of my hearing aids this company was excellent. Very professional with great customer service. I especially like that I talk to a person every time I called and not a machine. I would recommend this hearing aid provider to everyone.

The entire process from initial testing to choosing the hearing aids to picking them up was quick and easy. Christian is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the parameters of my hearing loss in an easy to understand way. When picking up the hearing aids he programmed them to fit the situations where I have the most difficulty hearing and explained how to best care for the hearing aids. I highly recommend Preferred Hearing Center.

This center offers outstanding customer service. My dad has medical limitations that sometimes make travel difficult. Joshua Heldt was so accommodating and understanding and helped us work out a way to limit our travel and still receive a high-quality product and the personalized care that my dad needed. Helping an elderly parent navigate their healthcare needs is difficult and demanding, and I've rarely encountered such impressive service when working with those in specialty fields. Thank you for making mine, and my dad's life much easier!

Efficent and knowledgeable. About a 45 minute drive, goes elsewhere so not always available on the days you plan to be around by did broke routine and came on a day not usually available.

Went in without appointment because of whistling in left ear hearing aid and found out the tip of aid was stuck in my ear. I had lost tip, so I thought put new tip on and pushed the first one in farther. Was recommended to see doctor to remove tip. Very helpful and as was told stop in any time you have a problem. PA was able to remove tip. Great personal service.
